This dive doesn't require hours of classroom training. But you need to complete a thorough hour-long knowledge development training on the boat which introduces you to basic concepts such as pressure-volume changes, equalization techniques, breathing techniques, hand signals, and dive equipment. You will also need to complete the paperwork that makes sure you don't have any medical conditions that may prevent you from scuba diving. Our most experienced instructors will be with you from the beginning and they will take you to a safe, calm, shallow site to begin your underwater adventure. First, you will mostly be "excited" about the dive, but after feeling the trust to your instructor, your feelings will evolve to "happiness and confidence". We make sure that you will take your first breaths underwater in a shallow and safe site so you can come up to the surface anytime you want and you will have a one on one session with your instructor.
